COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Our primary goal in collecting your information is to improve our site, services, features and content, administrate your Subscription and Membership, and create an ever-improving user experience.
The information we collect may be "personally identifiable" (meaning it can be used to specifically identify you as a unique person) or "non-personally identifiable" (meaning it can’t be used to specifically identify you). We use both types of information, and combinations of both types, as described below. We may use or store information wherever PodcastEZ™ does business, including countries outside your own.
When you register with PodcastEZ™ and submit personal information to create an account or profile, other users may see your name or other provided information, which may include (but is not limited to): your first and last name, photo, location, email address, email message content, phone number, cookies, usage data, or any personal information provided in your Profile. We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.
We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless strictly compelled to do so by law.

- We may collect information that furthers our efforts to make your Member experience a better one with more pertinent features and content.
- We may send you related services updates, marketing emails, newsletters, information, or general support that matches your interest profile.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.

OPTIONS REGARDING THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU

When you close your account, we will remove your information from the PodcastEZ™ subscription database. PodcastEZ™ has the right to retain archived copies of your information for legitimate business purposes or under the direction of Law.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. PodcastEZ LLC aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

The right to access, update or delete the information we have on you. The Website is hosted in the United States. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
- We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
- An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
- We use regular Malware Scanning.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
